   番茄鐘來完成今天的事務, 不管做得如何,已經努力過了,別忘了
   給自己獎勵! 之前看過時間規劃文章談到 人一天能完成的待辦通常
   只有五項, 更多待辦事項只會使人感到壓力。 所以這個便條紙只有
   四格可以填,可以專注精神做好這四件大事。

  中間的橫線可以寫上目標,然後夾在月計畫上。 也可以寫上月份,
  夾在週計畫或一日一頁上。 每一行是5天,只要有做到就塗上一個
  圓,是集點的概念和其他月目標便條紙比較不同的是有「28」和
「31」的標示, 所以也可以照著日期塗色,就可以用來檢視哪幾天
  沒做到。
